A religious residential retreat filmed with Sony a7sIII on DJI RS2

To shoot this event, I have used a Sony a7sIII on autofocus and DJI RS2. The autofocus of the camera sometimes makes your job difficult as the machine doesn't exactly know what you want to focus on. The rolling shutter is okay but of course, not perfect, so you should be careful how fast you pan and tilt. As you see in this video, using the autofocus negatively affects the aesthetic of the film when you pan and tilt. That's why for serious filming, you should manually control the focus in the camera. To use the gimbal, you need to practice before shooting paid events. as you see in this video, to control the movement of the camera is not usually easy. This was the first time I used a gimbal so I didn't charge my client.

The song 'What Grace Is This' is by the singer/songwriter Kirsten Waid, used in this video with her permission.
